Description

Tapered twin-screw extruders typically require corresponding moulds and auxiliary equipment (such as cooling tanks, haul-off units, cutting machines, etc.) to form a complete production line capable of manufacturing the final product.

PVC pipe mould: Imparts a specific shape to the molten plastic.
Vacuum sizing tank: Cools and sets the extrudate.

Spray cooling tank: Further cools the product.
Tensioning machine: Provides stable traction to uniformly pull the product.

Cutting machine: Slices the continuous product to the required length.
Turning table: Receives the cut product.

 

Advantages

The material composition of the screw and barrel directly impacts the equipment's wear resistance and service life. We employ alloy steel subjected to nitriding treatment, significantly enhancing the hardness and abrasion resistance of both components. The precision of the temperature control system and the efficacy of the vacuum degassing system are equally critical in ensuring product quality. We employ multi-stage independent temperature control systems and vacuum venting devices. Certain models feature temperature control systems within the screw core itself, ensuring uniform material plasticisation while removing moisture and volatiles from the material to guarantee PVC product quality. Regarding the control system, we utilise microcomputer (PLC) automated control, with the main drive employing DC speed regulation or variable frequency speed regulation methods to achieve smooth speed adjustment.
